Tarlton joins an elite group of employers recognized for valuing our employees in ways large and small.Winning Workplaces Inc., a non-profit organization that helps small and medium-sized companies create high-performance workplaces, selected a group of 40 finalists from the 400-plus nominees, then conducted interviews with several individuals in each organizstion to choose this year's winners.

Tarlton was highlighted for the family atmosphere fostered by Tarlton CEO Tracy Hart and COO Dirk Elsperman, with special mention of the firm's succession planning.
