Tartlon reflects many of our clients through interdisciplinary endeavors that lead to highly effective buildings. LIfe science, power and concrete might not seem to have much in common, but consider:
At the Danforth Plant Science Center, where we've completed the first lab tenant building for Wexford Science + Technolgy, scientists are looking at algae as a source of alternative energy. In the meantime, we've built coal handling equipment for Ameren and are currently working for Prairie State Generating Company. Then, most projects involve some concrete, and eventually, replacement or restoration, as in many of the nation's parking structures.
We have deep and shared knowledge of these three types of work, often in the spotlight these days for speaking to both the past (industry) and the future (technology).
