The Joint Venture of Tarlton-Pepper-KAI is general contractor for the expansion of the Saint Louis Art Museum and will provide updates on the construction from time to time.

In addition to providing an accessible entrance at the front of the Museum, the temporary ramp on Fine Arts Drive allows close inspection of Daniel Chester French’s marble personification of Sculpture.

In 2012, the completed expansion will welcome all visitors with a fully accessible entrance; removal of the ramp will restore the Museum’s familiar appearance.
