Tarlton served as Construction Manager for the 185,000 sf Nordstrom store in Des Pere’s West County Center, the retailer’s first store in the state of Missouri. The two-story structure has a light-colored, textured façade made of precast panels enhanced with warm brick banding. Glass canopies at the main entrances welcome visitors to a hospitable shopping experience.

The main floor features Cosmetics, Accessories, Jewelry, Women’s Hosiery, Women’s Shoes and Handbags. Also located on this floor are Men’s Shoes and Apparel, including suits, sportswear and furnishings, Kids Wear and Children’s Shoes. The second floor includes a Gift Gallery, Café Bistro and women’s apparel. The building also contains a data center supporting point of sale (POS) technology infrastructure and other data needs.
