Tarlton has proudly served as Construction Manager for the two Nordstrom stores in St. Louis, also building out Nordstrom Rack stores in the St. Louis and Kansas City areas.

The 185,000 sf Nordstrom West County store in Des Peres was the Seattle-based retailer’s first store in the state of Missouri. The two-story structure has a light-colored, textured façade made of precast panels enhanced with warm brick banding. Glass canopies at the main entrances welcome visitors to a hospitable shopping experience. 

We also built the state's second full-line store, Nordstrom St. Louis Galleria, which opened in September 2011. This 142,000 sf steel structure has precast insulated conrcete exterior walls and a sub-ground service area. It meets strict seismic requirements.
