Tarlton has proudly served as Construction Manager for the two Nordstrom stores in St. Louis, also building out Nordstrom Rack stores in St. Louis and Kansas City. 

The 185,000 sf Nordstrom store in Des Pere’s West County Center was the Seattle-based retailer’s first store in the state of Missouri. The two-story structure has a light-colored, textured façade made of precast panels enhanced with warm brick banding. Glass canopies at the main entrances welcome visitors to a hospitable shopping experience. 

We also constructed the state's second full-line store, Nordstrom Saint Louis Galleria, which opened in September 2011. This 142,000 sf steel structure has precast insulated conrcete exterior walls and a sub-ground service area. It meets strict seismic requirements.

Tarlton completed the interior fit-out of Nordstrom Rack Brentwood Square -- Missouri's first Rack store -- which opened in September 2010, and the Rack at Orchard Corners in Lenexa, KS, which opened in September 2011.
