    Lambert-St. Louis Parking Garage Rehabilitation

Tarlton rehabilitated the Main Terminal Parking Garage, a 1960s-era, 4-level structure in need of repair. The 3,500-space garage stayed in operation during all phases of construction.

Tarlton self-performed about 90 percent of the work, replacing 170,000 sf of concrete and installing 700 new weight-bearing beams below the rooftop level. Deteriorated concrete was removed with high-pressurized water during off-hours. New concrete was shuttled by buggies making an estimated 10,000 trips. The team also improved entrances and exits, and replaced tile near two elevators and luggage cart stalls.
