Tarlton constructed this 3-level parking garage for St. Louis Community College at Forest Park. The brick and concrete structure, which added 339 on-campus parking spaces, was a design/build project with Weber-Hampton Architects. The new garage replaced the 300 parking spaces that were lost through redevelopment of an adjacent site.
