The Tarlton Concrete Restoration Division made repairs to the five-story parking garage at Magna Place, a Class A office building in Brentwood.
Work consisted of full- and partial-depth repairs, coating removal, shot blasting, overhead and vertical repairs, and epoxy injection. Additional work included repairing post-tension cables and hardware, installing additional post-tension cables, joint and crack repair, and installing traffic bearing membrane on Levels 5 and 6.
