Self-Performance

We self-perform 40 percent of our work annually. Tarlton employs laborers, carpenters, iron workers, cement finishers and others in the trades. This benefits our clients by giving us greater control over safety, quality, cost and schedule. Having this experience makes us an all-around better builder because we understand how to coordinate and execute work even when not self-performing.
