Greg Sweeso Promoted to Tarlton Director of Preconstruction and Estimating


ST. LOUIS (June 24, 2025) – Tarlton Corp., St. Louis’ largest women-owned general contracting, construction management and design-build firm, promoted Greg Sweeso to director of preconstruction and estimating.

Sweeso previously served as manager of preconstruction and estimating at the firm. His work at Tarlton includes the new SSM Health Outpatient Center in O’Fallon, Missouri, and the Michael and Quirsis Riney Primate Canopy Trails exhibit at the Saint Louis Zoo. He also led Tarlton’s preconstruction team on the Fuhr Science Center renovation and addition at Logan University in Chesterfield, Missouri, and on several design-build projects. Sweeso also served as preconstruction project manager on the core and shell historic renovation and Block Inc. tenant fit-out at 900 N. Tucker Blvd.; the Center for Nursing and Health Sciences at St. Louis Community College at Forest Park; and many projects for BJC HealthCare.

Sweeso holds an Associate DBIA certification from the Design-Build Institute of America and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, with a focus on finance and marketing, from Saint Louis University.
