Tarlton constructed this sanitary relief system extension for the Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District in South St. Louis. The team completed excavation and piping work on the diversion structure that runs from behind a community ballpark into the existing structure. Flow into the pump station had to be treated. As part of the project, the team installed an open-cut excavation and tunneling system ranging from 20 to 40 feet underground.
