PROJECT NOTES

This design-build, multi-phased, project is currently under construction. Goodwin/Tarlton Joint Venture (GTJV), along with our design partner, Black & Veach, is constructing a 120 MGD secondary treatment system.

This large, significant project will add capacity and replace aging systems and will span several years.

The work includes flocculation and sedimentation basins, rapid mixing vaults, settled water and treatment residuals pump stations, a treatment residual outfall pipe to the river as well as other support infrastructure.
