PROJECT NOTES

Tarlton has completed more than 25 projects for Seattle-based fashion specialty retailer Nordstrom, including construction of its two Missouri stores: Nordstrom Saint Louis Galleria and West County. The steel-framed, 2-level Galleria store has precast insulated concrete exterior walls, a below-grade service area and high-end finishes. The West County location was the retailer’s first store in the state of Missouri. The two-story structure has a light-colored, textured façade made of precast panels enhanced with warm brick banding and glass canopies at the main entrances.

Tarlton employed Lean construction methods to manage an efficient 12-month schedule on a tight site enveloped by constant pedestrian and vehicular traffic. Tarlton has also built out seven Nordstrom Rack locations in four states.
