Tarlton provided engineering, materials, equipment and labor for the construction of 71 drilled pier foundations for Opus Design Build’s Citizen Park Luxury Apartments in St. Louis’ Central West End. We formed walls spanning 22,785 sf for the 12-story, mixed-use development, with retail space and parking on the ground level. In addition, our team installed an elevator pit and tower crane foundation.
