Tarlton managed construction of The Euclid, a mixed-use development at 40 N. Euclid Ave. for The Koman Group. The 6-story structure on a tight site in St. Louis’ Central West End includes two levels of below-grade parking. The street level features retail space, with offices directly above, transitioning into wood-framed luxury apartments on the four upper floors.
