Tarlton was Construction Manager for the dual-use lab/office space at 4340 Duncan Ave. that occupies the entire 1950 shed addition and a large portion of the remaining space for C2N Diagnostics. The fit-out totals 10,200 sf, including 4,700 sf of lab space with fume hoods, a freezer farm, PPE vestibules and a gas supply chamber. The space also houses 11 offices, an executive conference room and a large training/conference space with a roll-up door that opens to the outdoors.
