PROJECT NOTES

After completing the core and shell of the Pritzker Prize-winning architectural icon at 700 Market St. in downtown St. Louis, Tarlton worked with Arcturis to build out the interiors for Spire’s new headquarters.

Sustainable features of this LEED Gold Commercial Interiors building include an automated shade system that operates based on the sun’s position, season and room use, as well as a fully programmable lighting control system that automatically adjusts to harvest and maximize daylight.

The building also features a mid-level rooftop with an outdoor gathering area that overlooks Ballpark Village and Busch Stadium.
