The University of Missouri Deaerator and Replacement and Building Enclosure project completed in the middle of a plant on the busy college busy Columbia campus. Tarlton removed and reinstalled the north deaerator and associated steam, condensate, feedwater piping and instrumentation. The team also installed new HVAC equipment consisting of new exhaust fans, dampers and louvers.

The team demolished the existing structure to accommodate a new building extension that includes existing building reinforcement and new structural member to support additional mezzanines and new cladding supports. The metal panel cladding system supports include translucent panels, louvers and wall panels. A new metal roof was added.
