PROJECT NOTES

As concrete contractor, Tarlton completed concrete work for the 88,000 sf new First Bank headquarters building in Creve Coeur. The new headquarters was designed to have LEED certification and promote wellness through its modern design including concrete architectural elements throughout the building.

The building foundations consisted of three levels and one roof of cast-in-place concrete. Each deck was 40,000 square feet.

Tarlton also completed concrete work for the 80,000 sf, 245 space, parking garage which included one level of elevated post-tensioned deck.

Tarlton successful managed material handling for installing all the shoring, form work, rebar, and concrete placement for the structure. We self-performed all concrete forming aspects of the project while managing the reinforcing steel horizontal concrete placement scopes.
The shape of the building was a unique feature for this foundation project. The building consists of two wings with an open courtyard connecting each side of the building. The team had to manage differing elevations within the site footprint.
