Tarlton served as General Contractor for the construction of a new parking garage for Bayer (Monsanto), the first construction project completed as part of Monsanto’s $400 million Chesterfield Village expansion. The 3-story, cast-in-place concrete structure has capacity for 1,720 vehicles and features long-span concrete measuring 240 by 1,000 feet, in addition to a 4-floor deck for greenhouse space.
Construction required 58,000 cubic yards of excavation and earth moving. Tarlton self-performed all the structural concrete work.
