Tarlton provided preconstruction and construction management services for this project to construct a new Physical Therapy building on the Missouri Baptist Sullivan Hospital campus.
The new 13,257 sf Physical Therapy building is structural steel with a masonry, EIFS, and curtain wall exterior. The build-out consisted of an open gym, offices, treatment rooms, therapy pool and meeting and administration space. Work also included sitework of 2 bioretention basins and pavement of an existing gravel parking lot.
