Under a design-build contract, Tarlton completed repairs for parking garage D and Missouri Baptist Medical Center in Town and Country. The team replaced the concrete surface, which included expansion joints, concrete curbs, area drains, and partial-depth overhead beam and column surface repair.
In addition, the team removed and replaced the drive lane, installed seal joints and performed waterproofing. Work was completed in 70 days, four days ahead of schedule.
