Tarlton built out 100,000 sf of interiors in the 150,000 sf, 4-story federal building for the U.S. General Services Administration, the first courthouse nationwide to earn LEED Silver certification for core and shell. Three new courtrooms and judges’ chambers feature ornate, high-end millwork. The build-out also included holding cells, a security system, offices and administrative space.
