Tarlton served as construction manager for this construction of a 603 space, four-story parking garage for the new MLS Stadium in the city of St. Louis.
The garage is cast-in-place with post tensioned parking decks. Project features a metal woven mesh facade around the garage, elevators, stairs and a viewing deck for public access. Within the garage structure are parking offices, electrical and mechanical rooms.
Tarlton self-performed expansion joints, below grade waterproofing and damp proofing.
