Spire | Manchester Service Center

PROJECT NOTES

This design-build project, a 13,664 sf service center at the northeast corner of Manchester and Macklind Avenues in St. Louis, was built for Spire. Work included mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire suppression systems.

The service center consists of structural steel, a concrete masonry unit, brick veneer, GWB walls, demountable glass partitions, acoustical and opening ceilings, polished concrete floors and interior signage. In addition, the team installed 9,000 sf of fluid-applied vapor permeable air barrier protection.

The project also encompassed site work improvements including an asphalt parking lot, landscaping and fencing.
