PROJECT NOTES
Working with The Koman Group and HOK, Tarlton served as Construction Manager for the renovation of the historic building at 700 Market St. in downtown St. Louis. The distinctive 6-story structure is one of the younger buildings on the National Register of Historic Places.
Work included the demolition and renovation of interior areas for common corridors, office space, restrooms and circulation spaces, in addition to renovating the site’s entry plaza and creating a mid-level rooftop garden and gathering space.
The project won a Keystone Award from the Associated General Contractors of Missouri.
