The Parking Spot | South Structure Maintenance

PROJECT NOTES

Tarlton completed repair and restoration work for The Parking Spot’s South Parking Structure, which services customers who travel in and out of St. Louis Lambert International Airport. Work was completed in six phases, each completed before the next to preserve maximum patron parking availability. The repair and restoration work consisted of:

▪   Shoring the parking deck
▪   Partial- and full-depth concrete repairs
▪   Post-tension repairs
▪   Slab repairs

Working with the owner, the team decided to implement the Kelmar FWC III system for waterproofing. This system is designed to protect beam and column replacements, deck repairs and post-tension repairs.
