Tarlton performed preconstruction and construction management services for the MetroLink Station remodel in the Central West End. Work involved replacing an existing elevator with a new elevator in a new location; removing the existing stairs and replacing them with new wider stairs; replacing the existing canopy over the passenger platform with an extended and upgraded canopy; construction of a new welcome center and ticketing area located on a new structural deck; and new screen walls and modifications to access walkways that lead to the existing garage adjacent to the station. The station remained open during construction.
