Wexford Science & Technology | @4240 Tenant Fit-Outs

PROJECT NOTES

Tarlton completed multiple interior fit-outs in @4240 after completing the core and shell construction of the building at 4240 Duncan Ave. for Wexford Science & Technology.

We created offices and supporting spaces for Washington University School of Medicine, Cambridge Innovation Center, Husch Blackwell and Boeing.

In addition, we converted a 16,500 sf covered parking area into leasable space for Wexford, enclosing the space and adding a rooftop unit to serve the expansion. The team also built a new south entrance, restrooms and a corridor to connect to existing space, with Tarlton self-performing the concrete work.

Tarlton also built out a 2,900 sf coffee shop for Park Avenue Coffee, reworking existing core and shell MEPFP systems for a new layout, new drywall and finishes. The space includes a kitchen/prep room and a seating area for customers.
