PROJECT NOTES

As Tarlton was completing the core and shell construction of the Bio Research & Development Growth Park at the Danforth Center, we got started on multiple interior lab and office space fit-outs for educational institutions and life science companies, including many start-ups.

We have continued to complete interior renovations in BRDG Park Building 1, reconfiguring existing space and building systems for clients as their needs change. It’s exciting to build for emerging and expanding companies working to bring their innovative ideas and products to market.

The BRDG Park labs and offices we have built out or renovated total more than $14 million, with spaces ranging from 5,000 sf to 22,000 sf for clients including:
