Tarlton managed construction of the two buildings now known as the Liggett and Koenig Residential College at Washington University in St. Louis. The work was carried out in two phases.
The buildings, connected by a tower, provide 324 beds in suite or semi-suite room configurations, in addition to common areas, a library, computer room, kitchen, laundry facilities and more. The interiors feature high-end finishes.
