PROJECT NOTES

Tarlton served as General Contractor for this architectural demolition and phased interior renovation of an existing, occupied university library. The project consisted of adding new offices and a classroom, a new art gallery and entrance into the university quad, relocating the existing cafe, consolidating the computer labs, and updating both the existing HVAC and duct levels and security systems. Work included structural steel addition and stair demolition.
