Tarlton served as Construction Manager as Agent for the new, 79,000 sf building that brings in automotive technology, diesel technology and CLD-A professional truck driving under one roof with expanded student capacity.
The building houses flexible classrooms and lobby spaces, collaboration and break areas, allowing credit and not-credit students and courses to work together seamlessly. The addition of a 36,000 sf fleet parking lot and a 193,000 sf truck driving lot, created opportunities for outdoor learning.
