Tarlton performed preconstruction and served as Construction Manager at Risk for the renovation and addition to the Fuhr Science and Administration Building at Logan University. The Fuhr Science building work was phased to keep the 2nd-level anatomy lab and supporting rooms functional while a new 2-story, addition was built and the lower level, level 1 and level 2 were renovated.
– Faculty offices; additional student collaboration and study areas
– Added two state-of-the-art anatomy laboratories and associated lecture amphitheater
– Simulated imaging center
– Six chiropractic technique classrooms; two clinical methods classrooms
– Anatomage tables, which offer advanced 3D simulation systems
– Athletic training area; restrooms; storage
– New MEPFP systems
– New roof which is approximately 20,000 sf and consists of TPO (thermoplastic polyolefin) material.
Additionally, Tarlton completed the phased renovation of the Administration Building.
