PROJECT NOTES

Tarlton served as Construction Manager for the new Center for Nursing and Health Sciences for St. Louis Community College at Forest Park. KAI Design & Build was the project architect.

Construction of the four-story building began in March 2018. This 96,000 sf facility, the first new building in 20 years on campus, includes a dental clinic, modern science labs and classrooms, teaching areas and innovative learning spaces. It opened for students and faculty September 2019. The project is registered for LEED certification.

In 2020, Towers A and B will be demolished which will create a larger quad area and space for possible future growth.
