Tarlton provided Construction Management for the Bryan Hall Renovation for Washington University in St. Louis. The renovation project consisted of the full overhaul of the existing Bryan Hall to transform it to a chemistry building consisting mainly of high-end laboratory and associated write-up space.
The project added a penthouse to Bryan Hall to house mechanical equipment to serve Bryan Hall and several other buildings on campus.
The project, part of the university’s “Driving Discovery” initiative, is LEED Gold.
