Tarlton built out the 100,000 sf interior of the Rush Hudson Limbaugh Sr. U.S. Courthouse, a new federal building that earned LEED Certification.

Work included three new courtrooms featuring ornate and decorative millwork, plus judges’ chambers. The build-out also encompassed offices and administrative space. Tenants include the U.S. Attorney, U.S. District Court Clerk, U.S. Bankruptcy Court Clerk, U.S. Marshals Service and Homeland Security.

A large, glass dome illuminates the atrium, which has undergone painting, stair work, and new flooring. Basement work included the construction of walls and ceilings, as well as installation of security and low-pressure HVAC devices.
