The M/WBE joint venture of Tarlton Corporation and Interface Construction is providing Construction Management services for a building to house expansion of Barnes-Jewish Hospital’s outpatient services. Construction is on schedule on the site at the northwest corner of Forest Park and Euclid avenues.

The 12-story, LEED-Registered building will include a lobby on the 1st floor and clinics on the lower floors, with medical and other office space on middle and upper floors.

A pedestrian bridge on the 4th level will link the building to the adjacent parking garage and also to the Washington University Medical Center via the pedestrian bridge across Forest Park Avenue. The 1st floor will include street-level retail space.
