Millipore's Missouri Research Park location focuses on bioscience drug discovery and includes laboratories for sample analysis, assay development work, custom reagent preparation, radioiodination and tissue culture.

Tarlton built out existing shell space to include a 4,200 sf multi-purpose café/meeting area and 5,200 sf of office space including private offices and partitioned cube areas. The addition included 11,000 sf of light manufacturing area for assembling kits for customers, with walk-in freezers and 15,000 sf of BSL 2 LEED-registered R&D labs, reflecting Millipore's commitment to sustainability.
