Tarlton has completed hundreds of projects for Monsanto, from small projects completed within annual maintenance contracts, to the strategically important "migration" project. This project migrated lab space at Monsanto's Chesterfield location back to the Creve Coeur headquarters campus following Pfizer's acquisition of the Chesterfield campus.

Tarlton has completed numerous lab renovations and other building upgrades on the Creve Coeur campus.
