Tarlton is providing preconstruction and construction services for core and shell work for Wexford Science & Technology’s new 5-story, multi-tenant building in the Cortex District of St. Louis. Microsoft will bring a new regional headquarters and a Microsoft Technology Center to the state-of-the-art facility.

The structure consists of drilled piers and concrete foundations, steel frame, tilt-up and composite concrete floors. The building envelope comprises tilt-up concrete, metal panels, ribbon windows and curtain wall. Tarlton is self-performing the concrete foundations work.
