Tarlton performed preconstruction and construction management services for 20,000 sf and 8,000 sf fit-outs on the third and fourth floors, respectively, at 4220 Duncan Ave. in the Cortex District. The space includes high-end offices, customer engagement areas, a cafe and specialty finishes. The custom ceiling features a plane wing and a liquid metal sculpture.
