Tarlton constructed an addition and completed renovations to the Brickman Orthodontics office in Edwardsville, IL. The project added approximately 2,700 sf to an existing 2,000 sf building.The team worked with Dr. Brickman on a design-build basis to plan and complete a project that met his budget.
The team completed operatories, consultation rooms, offices and a reception area with gaming space. The addition required a flat roof, and the renovation called for the removal and replacement of the existing roof with an asphalt roof. The scope also included work in the parking lot, earthwork, a storm water detention system and a retaining wall. Tarlton self-performed the installation of Nichiha panels on the exterior.
