Tarlton served as General Contractor for this project at the Thomas F. Eagleton U.S. Courthouse in downtown St. Louis. The team demolished existing concrete stair landings and ramps, prepared subgrade, installed 59 anti-terrorist bollards each weighing 500 pounds, and replaced concrete.
