Tarlton was general contractor for extensive concrete restoration and garage repair work on the rooftop garage of a building housing an independent government agency. The work included removal and replacement of the existing topping slab, full-depth and partial-depth repairs, structural repairs at the expansion joints, replacement of the existing area drains, painting and coatings, extensive waterproofing installation, repairs under the rooftop level, and associated drywall and finishes following the repairs.
