Tarlton completed an extensive rehabilitation of the main parking garage, a 4-level, 3,500-space structure built in the 1960s that needed repair because of time and the elements. In addition to replacing nearly 170,000 sf of concrete, Tarlton installed 1,000 supplemental steel beams to compensate for the phased abandonment of the post-tension cable system that had deteriorated beyond repair.

New lighting was installed after completion of each stage, and a traffic membrane was applied throughout the garage. Work also included repairs to garage entrances and exits, as well as the replacement of tile near two elevators and luggage cart stalls.
