Tarlton completed The Salvation Army Midtown Service & Treatment Center, a 3-story, wood-framed and brick building located on a half-acre of urban property. The first and second floors of the facility house educational classrooms, offices, exam rooms, counseling rooms and observation rooms aimed to benefit individuals exposed to substance abuse. The third floor has 16 individual bedrooms with attached restrooms that provide short-term residency for clients.
