Tarlton is providing Construction Management for the Bryan Hall Renovation and Pedestrian Bridge Replacement for Washington University in St. Louis. The renovation project consists of the full overhaul of the existing Bryan Hall to transform it to a chemistry building consisting mainly of high-end laboratory and associated write-up space.

The project will add a penthouse to Bryan Hall to house mechanical equipment to serveĀ  Bryan Hall and several other buildings on campus. Tarlton is also demolishing and replacing the pedestrian bridge that crosses Throop Drive, Forest Park Parkway and the Metrolink.

The project, part of the university’s “Driving Discovery” initiative, is LEED Gold targeted.
