Tarlton Promotes Josh Narup to Senior Project Manager


ST. LOUIS (Sept. 8, 2025) – Tarlton, St. Louis’ largest women-owned general contracting and construction management firm, promoted Josh Narup to senior project manager.

Narup has over two decades of expertise in the industry and joined Tarlton as a project engineer in 2016. His work at the firm includes multiple projects at Washington University in St. Louis and the award-winning $46 million core and shell renovation of the former St. Louis Post- Dispatch Building at 900 N. Tucker Blvd., in the Downtown North Insight District. He also serves as an active member on Tarlton’s internal process improvement and quality control committees.

“Josh’s logistical and leadership skills, industry knowledge and project management are valuable assets on our projects,” said Andrew Nelch, Tarlton project director. “His acumen for detail plays an integral role in successfully guiding our scope of work and teams through every project.”

Narup holds a Bachelor of Science degree in construction management and design from Southeast Missouri State University.
